２－５ー１　『橋ものがたり』では「橋」を舞台に、藤沢周平は市井の人々の出会いと別れを紡ぎ出す。風景描写の美しさととともに心理描写の丁寧さも見られる。

「――いっそ別れるか。別れてやり直すか、と思った。そうしたらさぞさばさばするだろう。まだやり直しがきく年だ。だが、そう思ったとたんに、お峯への未練が衝きあげてきた。さくら色の耳たぶや、少しも形の崩れない乳房が頭の中にちらつき、本所のはずれに、人眼をしのんで所帯を持ったころの、心がはずむようだった日々が思い出されてきた。吉蔵は溜息をついた。」（藤沢周平『橋ものがたり』-殺すな-）

２－５ー１　In "Bridge Stories“, Fujisawa Shuhei creates encounters and farewells of ordinary people. Not only the beauty of landscape depiction but also the elaborate psychological depiction can be found.
