５　『安蔵の嫁』

　大鷲坊は太九郎の家の前まできた時に太九郎のばあさんに呼ばれた。息子・安蔵の嫁の世話をしてくれないかというのだ。それを引き受けると、ばあさんは喜んだ。そして話し始めたのは、友助の娘・おてつが狐憑きになっているというものだった。
　早速、大鷲坊はおてつに会いに行ってみると、果たして狐が憑いているようだ。しかも、この狐は一筋縄ではいかないようで…
大鷲坊はこの日、厄介なことを二つも抱え込んでしまった。一つは安蔵の嫁の話。もう一つはおてつの狐憑きである。

5. “Yasuzo's Bride”

　　　When Taishubou arrived in front of Takuro's house, Takuro's grandmother called him. She asked him to take care of her son Yasuzo's bride. When he agreed, the grandmother was happy. She then began to tell him that Tomosuke's daughter, Otetsu, was possessed by a fox.
　　　Taishubou immediately went to meet Otetsu, and it turned out that she was indeed possessed by a fox. Moreover, this fox seemed to be quite tricky...
Taishubou had two troublesome matters to deal with that day. One was the story of Yasuzo's bride. The other was that Otetsu was possessed by a fox.
