まずはタイトルを和訳入れますね
海が見えて、山が見えて、島が見える。そんな処にレトロな民家が密集してるなんて世界中にどこにもないよ、それが日本のアマルフィ「呉」という町だ

Pop pop boats run with occasional whistling
You can see the mountains over there
In the foreground is a crowd of private houses and smoke rising from factories and chimneys.

ポンポン船が時折汽笛を鳴らしながら走る
その向こうに山が見える
手前には民家の密集や工場や煙突から上がる煙

What is beautiful?
Because the warmth of people's skin oozes in every landscape.
なにが美しいか？
人々の肌の温もりがすべての風景に滲んでいるからだ
