自己紹介/Self-introduction
Hello. I'm Mari.
I've been learning English for years and I can speak English to some extent now. But I only use the words and expressions which I already know. I'm not satisfied with this present situation. I want to improve my vocabulary.
My job.
I'm working at a café in Kyoto. I love to work there, because I have conversation with regular customers everyday, and with people from oversea sometimes.
The aim of learning English.
The aim of learning English is what I have conversation with people from all over the world.
Everyone has a different sense of value. If you are from oversea or have different culture, the sense of value is all the more different.
So I have conversation with different people, that I broaden my perspective.
How I've learned English.
I've learned English with some textbooks and バイリンガルニュース which is a Podcasts program. It have released world news topics once in a week and sometimes a guest shows up who is from various genre. I like the hosts who are Mami and Michael and they have broader and interesting perspective.
And I take note on my iPhone with Notes app as my original dictionary. So I can refer to it with my own explanation.

I am not afraid to make mistakes.
I can learn something from mistakes I made.
