On the bus.

There is a certain café in Kyoto. It only has 4 counter seats, and there is just one café staff member. She welcomes you with a smile everyday, every time.

On that day, a female regular customer Suzuki-san came and they had a chat about she had experienced.

On the bus.

She takes a bus to work everyday. One day, the bus was terribly packed. She wanted to get off at her stop, but she couldn’t go to exit in front. Even she said “excuse me“, everyone put their earphones on and looked into their smartphones. No one care about each other. 

Suddenly, a man who had stood on her back said aloud that she will through, give her a way. 
Then she could through smoothly.
Suzuki-san was grateful for what he did.

Just do the right thing.

The staff member realized  that people often think doing the right thing is
difficult, but that's not true. Just do the right thing without overthinking.
