It only has 4 counter seats, and there is just one café staff member.
She welcomes you with a smile everyday, every time.
The café moves to the next stage.
The café opens at 11:30a.m. now. But the café staff member is thinking to change the open time to 7:00a.m.
She currently serves hot sandwiches for lunch, but they would be a little heavy for breakfast. In order to the customers have more options to choose from, she is creating a breakfast menu.
But she doesn't think to increase items too many. She can only have a limited number of items on the menu, because she runs the place on her own.
She has other issues.
She has to change some operations and routine tasks, so as to go home early as soon as possible. Because she is going to work from early morning to the night.
The ideal coffee shop
Her ideal coffee shop is an early morning, when it's still dark outside, and you can see the light from there, welcoming you in . And this is the biggest point, she wants customers to feel energized after a cup of coffee from her shop.
What she has to do is
