my fall favs (trying hard to be cool edition)

recently, since i dont know what the fuck im doing with my life, ive been personally trying the "that girl" trend that happened in like 2021 or something as a way to keep my sanity. and its actually quite fun. i like to call it my fall favs (trying hard to be cool edition).

first of all, the thing thats been a real blessing in my life is the platform uggs i impulse bought one day when i randomly came across the uggs store in (insert city). even when i dont feel like going anywhere, the uggs make me feel like its worth the trip since i love the aesthetic of them so much. ive wanted them for sooo long and i went around like 5-6 stores to see if they had them when i was studying abroad but they were always sold out :(( and i didnt want to get them online since they were shoes and also quite pricey.
but they are finally mineeeeeee ♡
i got them in like september so i couldn't wear them outside for a while but i wore them inside as i was cooking or just studying lmao. lowkey raised my quality of life.
now i take my babies out on a stroll almost every day and they have been the  core part of my "that girl" journey.

there are other clothes that have also been part of my fun little journey.
the second one is my super puff vest.

she (vest) is saving lives

i was never going to get it in the first place but after going to the store and trying it on like 5 times in the span of like 3 months, i just had to go for it. its so warm and comfy, and it reminds me of (insert city) when i wear it so its honestly just a win-win for me. although its not that fashionable and more athletic, i love it. wearing this with my babies (uggs) + my lululemon leggings  *chefs kiss* the holy trinity if i may say. top it off with a sweatshirt, preferably my (insert uni) hoodie and voila. comfy and happy.

the other day i went to a pilates trial wearing my holy trinity.
i was trembling like crazy but pilates was fun :) im so basic to the point that its embarrassing but you know what i got some exercise in so whatever.

moving on to food.
foooodddd has been a great part of my "that girl" journey. i was missing poke bowls sooo much but i found one shop that offered one with spicy mayo on uber and i had to get it. i was in depresso mode but made me so excited. had to get rid of the so since i was in fact still depressed afterwards and had to order myself an açai bowl 2 hours later because my power was not recharging.

name a hotter food

then there's the last thing on my food list, take-out salads
i dont even know if they're healthy (probably not) and they're so overpriced for no reason but aesthetically for the #thatgirl vibes? definitely worth it.
they were in paper recyclable bowls which was another win for the trying-to-be-a-healthy-and-sustainable-gal. the taste? actually really good. the vibes are like the invisible secret ingredient spicing up the flavor.

is it healthy? idk. aesthetically healthy iktr

anyways, they give me little moments of joy in my daily life. i know they're all materialistic tho. now all i need to do is wear my holy trinity, go to pilates class, get a salad for lunch, and open my macbook and pretend to work at a cute cafe.
