Mosaic Police

One of the things I find strange about Japan is the mosaic (or blur) to obscure the genitals in films and TV shows (also in Manga and Anime). But sometimes the censors forget to apply it as in a show on Netflix called "Obliterated", a show full of adolescent humor. I was surprised to see that it was overlooked. I guess it's because new shows and movies come too fast and overwhelm the censors who perhaps don't have the staff to handle it all. I wonder if there is a "Mosaic Police Department" that people call or write to when they find something that slipped through the cracks.
