With a simple "Hi!" it is strengthen the bond
In a being that we just so happened to cross paths within this vast universe.
In Japanese we use the word "aisatsu(挨拶)" for "greeting".
We break down the kanji characters goes to "Ai(挨)" is "to approach" or "push open" and "Satsu(拶)" is "to draw close" or "be imminent".
The idea is that by saying hello, giving an aisatsu, you are able to open up and draw out something that was hidden within the heart of the person you're greeting.
Then you can both bring about, learn, and grow from each other's teachings, abilities, and feelings of motivation from one another.
Also, with the greeting, you are chacking in on the mental and physical of another person.
You are able to invest in someone's well-being with a few words to acknowledge their presence.
It's not as simple as uttering these words. It's important to see the impact of your tone and strength of voice when greeting others.
