I joined a mahjong club on Discord today. I found a post on Twitter(X) yesterday, it was looking for someone who wanted to play mahjong online. The host is a Japanese who lives in Tekapo. I just started to play the Mahjong app by chance, so I applied for the club soon.
Then, today was the first day to play mahjong online together. It was also my first time to play mahjong with someone online. Honestly, it was so fun lol. We could chat with each other via Discord during mahjong. It was like a real playing mahjong in person. Two hours it was passed away very quickly. I need to be careful not to do it too much.
But it was a new encounter in NZ. I'm looking forward to seeing them and playing real mahjong together in the future!

昨日見かけたツイートがきっかけでNZ国内にいる日本人で麻雀クラブに入部。笑
今日早速初めてのオンライン対戦に参加してみました。NZ来てこんなガッツリ麻雀するとは思わなんだ。笑笑
初めましての人と電話しながら麻雀打つとか初めてやったけどめちゃくちゃおもろい。やっぱ麻雀は人とやるに限る。しかし2時間が一瞬で過ぎ去ったのでやりすぎには注意せねばならない。。。これはこれで新しい出会いやし仕事とかじゃなくて趣味繋がりの出会いやからおもしろい！
しかし、麻雀はこの世で1番よくできたボードゲームよ…考えた人天才。寝よ。
