Looking for a job

im currentry workikg in a second hand shop.
However concern about my career I decided to quit and change the job.

Tbh what I don’t like about my job
•people (some)
•how to work afternoon to sometimes mid night
•tasks
•customer complain a lot

What i like about this job
•frexcibility
•friendly(some how)
•double bounus (summer and winter)

My shop manager mocking me because i am going to quit. Put me difficult shift because he said he is not afraid if I hate him.
The gay how he order me is annoying.
the single mom is bad relationship with the gay so she release her stress on me.
i am a full time, they are a part time but long time experience. They dont respect me.
but after all human is not perfect!
