資本主義の未来/Future of Capitalism①

講義の第一回目は、オックスフォード大学の経済学者、ケイト・ラワース氏から始まりました。
ラワース先生は、人類が社会的ニーズを満たしながらも、生物多様性と調和しながら持続的発展するための新しい経済学モデル「ドーナツ経済学」の提唱者です。
その思想では、最も弱い立場にある方々を守り、あらゆる「富」、「知識」、そして「エンパワーメント」（公平なエンパワメント⇒全ての人々が等しく力を持つことができるようにすること）の分配が強調されています。
講義の中では、社会経済開発の専門家であられるArun Maira氏より、下記三つの視座が共有されました；
市民社会に対しての責任を含む、新しい企業構造の法的枠組み創りが必要である。
パラダイムシフトを推進する為の”ムーブメント”が重要である。
既存の枠組みを超えた、新しい視点と経営方法を実践しているリーダーたちの声に耳を傾けることをしなければならない。
インクルーシブであり、持続可能な未来に向けて、資本主義を改めて再構築する、そのような可能性を想像することのできる美しい対話でした。

Future of Capitalism by Shizenkan Session 1-

Kate shared with us the transformative concept of Doughnut Economics, a visual framework advocating for sustainable development and emphasizing the critical balance between social and ecological factors.
Doughnut Economics underscores the significance of distributing wealth, knowledge, and empowerment equitably to uplift the most vulnerable while maintaining a harmonious relationship with our planet's life-sustaining systems.
Thought-provoking insights from visionaries like Arun Maira shed light on key aspects:
- Advocating for a new legal enterprise structure accountable to civil society.
- Empowering a broader movement to challenge the current paradigm.
- Emphasizing the value of listening to leaders from cooperative enterprises, offering fresh perspectives beyond the existing norms.
It was a beautiful dialogue which explores reshaping Capitalism for a more Inclusive and Sustainable future.
