This time, I was fortunate to dine with a regular guest, which allowed me to experience Master Saito’s incredible craftsmanship and warm personality up close.
Every visit to Sushi Saito is a remarkable culinary experience, but this time, the toro stood out as truly exceptional. The perfect balance of rich, melt-in-your-mouth texture and exquisite umami made it an unforgettable bite. Paired with carefully selected sake, it elevated the dining experience to another level.
Beyond his exceptional skills, Master Saito’s charming and playful side also added to the evening’s enjoyment. The contrast between his sharp focus as a sushi master and his friendly demeanor made the experience even more special.
