I still vividly remember our trip to Hong Kong, where he tirelessly researched new culinary techniques, engaging with chefs at various restaurants, eager to refine his skills.

To be honest, I sometimes feel that if he were a bit more open to incorporating insights from Japan’s top gourmet critics, he could reach an entirely new level.
