Thank you for considering me as your Global Career Coach. With my background as a former diplomat and a certified MHLW career consultant, I am uniquely positioned to support your linguistic and professional development needs in a global environment.
I have prepared several coaching options for you, allowing you to choose the format that best fits your objectives. My aim is to help fellow professionals thrive in a global environment, so please do not hesitate to negotiate the fee structure with me.
Each option includes an initial complimentary goal assessment session.
Option 1: Hourly Linguistic Coaching
This is an introductory option for the first three conversational sessions and linguistic coaching sessions. I will encourage you to discuss a topic of tour choosing for me to provide pointers for effective delivery.
Rate: ¥15,000 per hour + tax
Format: Conversational style linguistic sessions. Online or in-person (+ travel fee 3,000 yen/session)
Focus Areas: Executive English, current affairs, and business communication
If you would like to continue with an hourly set up after the third session to allow flexibility, I would be open to an US$130 (or ¥ equivalent)/session.
Option 2: Package of Five Sessions
This package provides a structured approach for a commitment of five sessions.
Rate: ¥70,000 for 5 sessions (each session is 60 minutes) + tax
Format: Online or in-person (+ travel fee 3,000 yen/session)
Focus Areas: Tailored to your specific requirements, working on growth areas
Option 3: Intensive Learning Package
This comprehensive package is designed for executives who require high-level global maneuvering skills. The sessions will be carefully tailored and prepared to suit your needs.
Rate: ¥150,000 per month + tax
Includes:
8 Sessions (60 minutes each): Tailored in-depth online sessions focused on growth areas, presentation skills, and speech delivery.
Slides and documents for review are accepted in advance for the coach to read over before the online session.Customized Practice: Mock presentations, feedback on slides, and strategies for engaging your audience.
Additional Cost: Travel fee for onsite sessions; Editing and other Ad Hoc projects will be discussed upon request.
Option 4: Executive Coaching & Presentation Preparation Package
This comprehensive package is designed for executives who require high-level global communication and management skills in a diverse environment.
Rate: ¥200,000 per month + tax
Includes:
6 Sessions (60 minutes each): Weekly in-depth sessions focused on presentation skills, speech delivery, and executive communication.
2 Sessions (70 minutes each): Bi-weekly executive coaching and/or life designing sessions by a certified Career Consultant.
Customized Practice: Mock presentations, feedback on slides, and strategies for engaging your audience.
Additional Details
Session Flexibility: Rescheduling allowed with 24-hour notice.
Travel Fee: Pricing applied to on-site sessions in central Tokyo.
Online Platform: Zoom/Google Meet
