話題と無関係なハッシュタグは通報の対象です。
例えば今回取り上げるような京都を話題にしたツイートで「桐生ココ」や「白上フブキ」などの話題に全く関係ないハッシュタグはダメということです。
Hashtags that are unrelated to the topic are subject to reporting.
For example, hashtags that have nothing to do with topics such as "Kiryu Coco" and "Shirakami Fubuki" in tweets that talk about Kyoto, such as this one, are useless.
