私は普段牛乳は飲まないのですがチーズは大好きです。
以前にも話したことがあったかと思いますが、子どもの頃は母が作ったチーズの包み揚げが大好きでした。
チーズの包み揚げは、プロセスチーズを細長くカットして焼売の皮で包み油で揚げたものです。
揚げた皮のパリパリとした食感と溶けたチーズの旨味と塩味がとても合います。

プロセスチーズで育っているので、イギリスに短期留学していた時もチェダーチーズやゴーダチーズに馴染みがありました。
大人になってからナチュラルチーズの美味しさを知りましたが、日本で食べられるものはほとんどが輸入なのでこれから更に値上げになると買えなくなりそうです。
農業や酪農は飼料の値段が２倍になっていると聞きました。国産チーズが美味しくなってきて嬉しいですが、飼料を輸入しないで国内で安定供給ができるようになると良いですね。

ところで、アンデルセン公園近くにある皆川牧場は船橋唯一のフェルミエ（ナチュラルチーズを作っているところ）だそうです。私は一度試食をしたことがありますが、美味しかったです。
