“We were in search of a girl's name starting with an X, as we follow the tradition of naming our vessels in alphabetical order. Xena, with its pronunciation as Zee-nah, is derived from Xenia, symbolizing "hospitable." Naming her "Xena" seemed fitting, with the hope that she would extend hospitality to both our customers and crew onboard.”
