元クラスメイト3人で英語で語り合う最高の夜【バギオ留学80日目🫛】

昨日は6:30に寝て、11:30起床。

シャワーを浴びて、準備をして、日記を書く。

14:00エントランスに集合して、【Grumpy Joe】へ。

クリスマスなだけあってかなり混んでいて、20組以上待ち。

諦めて、【Shakeys】へ。

幸い、5分ほどの待ち時間で入ることができた。

クリスマスセットを注文。

薄い生地のピザが食べやすくて美味しすぎる。

特にトリュフガーリックが天才的に美味しい。

追加で注文して、待ち時間にお腹が膨れてくるのはいつもの茶番。

16:30に帰宅。

仮眠をとり、日記とオーストラリアの学校の手続き。

18:45にエントランスに集合し、いまは別のキャンパスで頑張る韓国人元クラスメイトたちとバーへ。

久しぶりにクラスメイト3人だけでじっくりゆっくりいろんな話をする時間。

たった2週間だけのクラスメイトやったのに、連絡を取り合っていたことで、今でもこうして仲良くいられてる。

それってすごいこと。

お互いの結婚式に参列すること、日本・韓国で必ずまた集合することを約束して、お別れ。

タクシーの中で友達と2人でゆっくり話せたのもすごくよかった。

21:45帰宅。

22:00からトランプと人狼。

ずっと感じていた倦怠感が、熱っぽさになってきて、鼻水は相変わらず止まらない。

23:30熱を測ると37.0の微熱。

シャワーを浴び、友達の優しさに感動しながら就寝。

Yesterday, I went to bed at 6:30 a.m. and woke up at 11:30 a.m.

I took a shower, got ready, and wrote in my diary.

At 2:00 p.m., we met at the entrance and headed to Grumpy Joe's.

Since it was Christmas, the restaurant was packed, with over 20 groups waiting.

We decided to give up and went to Shakey's instead.

Fortunately, we only had to wait five minutes to get in.

We ordered the Christmas set, and the thin-crust pizza was easy to eat and absolutely delicious.

The truffle garlic flavor stood out the most

—it was heavenly.

Of course, I couldn’t resist ordering more, and as usual, my stomach ended up bloated while waiting. Typical me.

I got back home at 4:30 p.m., took a nap, wrote in my diary, and worked on paperwork for my school in Australia.

At 6:45 p.m., we gathered at the entrance again and went to a bar with some former Korean classmates who are now studying at another campus.

It was the first time in a while that the three of us had the chance to catch up and talk about all sorts of things.

Even though we were classmates for only two weeks, we've stayed in touch, and that’s why we’re still such good friends today.

It’s amazing how those bonds endure.

We said goodbye with promises to attend each other’s weddings and to meet again someday in Japan or Korea.

The chat with my friend in the taxi ride back was also really nice—deep and meaningful.

We arrived home at 9:45 p.m., and we played cards and Werewolf from 10 p.m. onwards.

The fatigue I’d been feeling for a while started turning into a fever, and my runny nose still wouldn’t stop.

At 11:30 p.m., I took my temperature, which showed a slight fever of 37.0°C.

After a shower, I went to bed, feeling moved by my friend’s kindness.
