問題：Will AI replace most workers in the future?

イントロ

Although AI is really convenient and they are replacing some of our jobs,　I think that AI cannot replace all our jobs.
I have some reasons to support my opinion.

The first reason is that it is difficult for AI to catch up with human’s hospitality.
I work in the educational industry and teaching is the jobs like taking care of students in various ways. For example, they sometimes don’t show us their true feeling. To find what they really feel is one of our responsibilities. I don’t think that AI can do that kind of stuffs as we do.

The second reason is that it has proven already.
When the internet appeared, the same thing was said but as a result of their appearance, although some of the jobs are disappeared but new jobs were also created. I am so sure the same things will happen to the AI.

結論

Although AI might take care of some jobs , I strongly believe that they cannot replace all of the jobs as we expected.

・Do you think it is possible to retrain people to work in different sectors?

I am so sure that it is possible.
When the internet appeared, when smart phones appeared, people were afraid of that but look at the current situation now! I must admit that some people are struggling but most of them are adapting to the technology.
So I don’t think this would become a big problem.

・do you think AI could actually be beneficial for workers?

It surely is!
For example, now we take care of all the work, but I think AI can take care of some routine work or some dangerous work instead of us. It will be a big help for us if we are free from doing some boring work. I cannot wait!

・Should young people study more mathematics and programming in the future?

Mathematics yes. It is necessary in order to make your logical thinking better.
But I don’t think that they need to study programming.
Programming is the very job which AI is likely to replace.
They need to focus on more things which enhance their creativity.

・Should the government regulate tech companies regarding AI?

I don’t think so.
Tesla, Amazon, apple are not under the control of the government.
Furthermore, the CEO of Amazon is famous for disliking former president Trump.
So I don’t think they need regulation.

・良かった点　

一回目の時の質問は割と芯を喰ったことを言えたのではないかしら。
発音もいつもよりかなりスラスラ行けた気がするのはここ数日多聴してたからかしら？

・改善点　

途中までは頑張ったけど、具体例が固まらずスピーチがグダグダやった。
もっともっとアウトプットしてネタを蓄積していかないといけない。
