To All Who Come To This Happy Place

「この幸せな場所に来るすべての人々へ」ってことです。

Here you will discover enchanted lands of Fantasy and Adventure, Yesterday and Tomorrow.

「ここでは、ファンタジーと冒険、過去と未来の魅力的な場所を体験できるでしょう」というニュアンスです。「Fantasy and Adventure」「Yesterday and Tomorrow」はランドにあるエリアのことですね。discoverは「～を発見する」という意味です。ここでは意訳しています。

May Tokyo Disneyland be an eternal source of Joy, Laughter, Inspiration and Imagination to the people of the world.

これはいわゆる祈願文です。Mayが倒置された文で「～でありますように」と意味になります。有名なのは「May the force be with you!」というスターウォーズのセリフですね！

「東京ディズニーランドが世界の人々にとって、永遠に喜び、笑い、インスピレーション、そしてイマジネーションの源でありますように」

And may this magical kingdom be an enduring symbol of the spirit of cooperation and friendship beetween the great nations of
Japan and the United States of America.

こちらも祈願文になっていますね。enduring「永続的な、不朽の」。

最後は取締役会長だったE・カードン・ウォーカーさんの名前が刻まれています。

今更ながら、日本にディズニーのテーマパークが２つもあることがすごいって考えてしまいました。
