What is the Self-Conference?
Hello, everyone! How are you today?
It's Teacher Asuka.
Have you ever heard of the word 'the Self-Conference'? It is a process by which people make their own plans by clearing their own thinking and mind to solve their own complex problems much more clearly. In other words, it is a process of clarifying what makes the things to be done clear.
It seems that one of the main reasons why many people fail to achieve their goals even when they make plans is that they don't know what to do to achieve them correctly. If you think about this, why don't you try these things below?
There are four steps to conducting a self-conference.
Step1. Write down all the things and problems that you're facing.
Step2. Ask yourself how you can improve to solve them.
Step3. Ask yourself what I should do to achieve the above and then write down some ideas.
Step4. Do only the things that you have identified, and write them down on your schedule.
Is it clear to you? Even if you've identified your goal, you can't achieve it, if you don't follow the correct process that I mentioned earlier.
For example, if you have the problem that my room is not clean, ask yourself how I can make my room clean. Then, you make some ideas like: get up early to clean my room, reduce the number of things in my room, have my friend visit my room. After that, you write them down in your diary and then do them quickly.
If you can do this successfully, look at the difference between your goal and the result, then do Step 1 and Step 2 again. If you do this many times, you will come very close to achieving your goal.
I have introduced here that this is a way of solving problems. If you are interested, you can try it on.
Thank you for being with me as always.
See you next time!
