Yokohama Seasider Magazine, a free information magazine in English and Japanese that introduces information about companies, people, and culture in Yokohama, was featured in the April issue!
Our product, #CRAFTBEERPAPER , is covered in the article.
Sea Cider Magazine is available at about 450 locations around Yokohama City.
It is also available at the tourist information center at Yokohama Station (NeWoman, 2nd floor) and Yokohama Beer.
We hope you will read it!
CRAFTBEERPAPER is craft paper made by mixing malt lees from the craft beer brewing process into the paper. Malt lees can be found here and there, and the presence of malt can certainly be felt in this richly flavored craft paper.
Malt lees can amount to 2,000 kg per month of brewing, most of which is disposed of. Through 'CraftBeerPaper', we aim to realize upcycling, turning what would otherwise be discarded into valuable paper products.
Another dream of us is to share our manufacturing know-how in Japan, so that all the malt lees used and paper production can also be done overseas and CraftBeerPaper can be used overseas as well.
The beer culture has been introduced from overseas, and we would like to export the sustainable approach of the craft beer industry to other countries.
We are looking forward to hearing from you!
