How can I improve my English skills?

For many many years, I have studied English.
However, I am not still good at English conversation.
OMG!
Maybe, a little good at grammer or reading.
Using easier idiom is so difficult for me.
The proverb says, practice makes perfect!
It makes sense.
But I have not reached the remarkable goals yet.
Still now, everyday I listen to the radio program.
