After six months of continuous attendance at FEELCYCLE

Since November last year, I have been attending "FEELCYCLE," which is famous for its dark cycling. I have been running about 10 times a month for the past two and a half years since moving to Tokyo, but I had trouble losing weight. So, I was looking for a gym in Tokyo, and I tried a trial membership because it seemed interesting.

In the first few months after joining, I went about 10 to 15 times a month because it was cheaper than the regular fee and I wanted to get used to the lessons. The way to take the lessons is simple; you select a program that suits your schedule and physical condition from the website.

It might feel tough at first, but I think if you continue for 3 to 4 months, you will be able to endure any lesson. Personally, I have successfully lost about 6 to 7 kg. I plan to continue at least until the end of the year.
