Hakone Ekiden

Today, I'll writing about Hakone Ekiden.

Do you know Hakone Ekiden? Hakone Ekiden which is a relay race by university students in Kanto area is a big traditional event, many Japanese people watch it on January 2-3. One team consists of 10 runner, and each runner runs around 20 kilos.

I like Hakone Ekiden very much. I definitely watch Hakone Ekiden every year. Since first runners run near my house, I went see them every years before this pandemic situation.

I was afraid that this year might be canceled, but took place it, so I could enjoy watching this year too. That's obviously thanks to hard work of organizers, runners and relevant people. I can enjoy watching thanks to them, so I have to thank them.

It seems that this holiday season will be good too.
