Thank you for your help with scheduling.
Now that I have reviewed the poll results, it is clear that the most suitable time for our meeting is 11 A.M. on Wednesday.
It's great to have a time slot that works for everyone.
I propose that we say our weekly meeting time at 11 A.M. every Wednesday starting from next week which fails on the 17th.

We are excited to tackle the outstanding issues from last meeting.
We have a time slot between 4:30 and 5:30 PM in Tokyo and 3 possible dates: Monday the15th, Thursday the 18th, Friday the 19th.
