一旦、前回のnoteで海外MBA受験に関する記載は終了したのですが、思いのほかインタビューについての記事への反響をたくさんいただいたので、インタビューについて追加で書こうと思います。

様々なビジネススクールで問われる基本的な質問について、私が実際にインタビューに備えて用意したスクリプト（個人情報を除くもの）を掲載しようと思います。質問は以下の10問です。インタビュー対策としては必須の項目で、ここから派生する質問をご自身で考えていくとよいかと思います。
前半は、自己紹介や、ゴール、MBAやこの学校を目指す理由といった一般的な質問を取り上げました。後半は、いわゆる"Behavioral question"を取り上げました。就職活動のインタビューにも役に立つかもしれません。

1. Tell me about yourself.

I have been working for [name of my company], which is [industry] in Japan, for six years. I’m now engaged in [the name of business], which is the new service using digital technology. At first, I had little knowledge about digital technology. However, I proceeded with projects utilizing knowledge of the digital field obtained through a year of joint research with a university professor and work experience in [the industry]. As a result, I launched Japan's first [the name of product] in 2020 and this project attracted much attention from [the industry]. Following this success, I am extending this business to Japan’s market.
Aside from my work, I am interested in local communities. This is because I have lived in many cities due to my father’s job and I found many unique local communities in Japan. Especially, I have played wadaiko in the local festivals of my hometown from elementary school to high school. And now, playing wadaiko is one of my major hobbies.
