僅か30分でも良いから、自分の好きな時間を確保すると良い。豊かなその時間を確保すると精神衛生的に良い。どんなにやりたくないことをしても、どんなに会いたくない人と話さなくてはいけなくても、この時間さえあれば幸せ。僕の場合は文章を書く時間。この時間さえ確保すれば人生が豊かになる。毎日絶対に確保した方が良い。この時間の質と量をあげていくとなお良い。そのために毎日一生懸命生きて、一生懸命計画も立てよう。
