最初の一歩〜自己紹介〜

某ハウスメーカーの工務担当をしているNと申します。
ブログというかnoteというか、この様な記事を書いていく事自体初めての経験ですので、読み難い事も多いと思いますが、どうぞ宜しくお願いします。
プロフィール
某大手ハウスメーカーに入社し、工務担当として年間10〜20件ほどを管理する、いわゆる施工管理者です。
新築物件がメインで、プチリフォームやフルリフォーム(リノベーション)もたまに担当させてもらっています。
営業担当は別にいる為、お客様と直接関わる期間は非常に短いですが、さまざまな人とコミュニケーションをとるのは大好きで、様々な人と関わる事で生まれる発想を形にしていく事に喜びを感じています。
結婚して10余年、子供も2人おり、日々の成長が嬉しくて驚きの連続です。(仕事よりも驚かされる事が多いかもしれません、、、w)
子供の発想力というか想像力は凄いもので、子供の一言で新たな気付きがあった事も多々あります。
noteを始めた理由
多くの人(お客様をはじめ多種多様な業者様)と関わる中で『ネットでの記事をみて』と相談を受ける事が多く、その中にはとんでもない情報があったりしており、少しでも正しい情報を発信できたらと思いはじめました。
メインは建築関係のアレコレで、それ以外にも色々と書いていけたらなと思ってます。

I started this note with the hope of being able to share accurate information, mainly about various aspects of construction, but also about other topics.
Things I want to write about in the future: Tips for people who are going to build a new house, points to note for renovations and remodeling, the difficulties of being a construction manager, hobbies, and children's growth. Lastly, I am not someone who writes regularly, so I plan to update it as I please. If you like it, please follow me.
