Random thoughts

Today I spent the day just going through random thoughts. 

THE WORLD RUNS ON A SYSTEM OF TRUST

Perhaps the strongest pillar of the human civilization is TRUST. Cash, the hard currency that we use to complete transactions today, is just a piece of paper, no different from ordinary tissue paper. It is only valuable because we TRUST it to represent some financial value. We TRUST that the people who claim to love us actually love us though we have no way to prove it. We merely believe they do and so we take a leap of faith with them. We TRUST even that our governments will make decisions with our best interests at heart.

MOST OF US ARE IN THE RELIGION WE ARE JUST BECAUSE WE WERE BORN INTO IT

Another interesting thought. Most people in the world have grown to believe in the true religion "The one they belong to." Perhaps I also speak out of lack of knowledge, but I know a couple of religions that claim to be the REAL ones, the CORRECT ones. However, when you question the followers, they don't know anything about the other religions that they criticize. If they were exposed and given free will to choose where to join maybe they wouldn't be part of that religion after all.

SELF LOVE MISINTERPRETED AS BEING TOO VALUABLE TO BE LOST

When people who have gone through relationship hardships, they often talk about learning to love themselves again. This is a good thing. But a rising misinterpretation of loving oneself is that of thinking one is too valuable to be lost. This just tips the balances in relationships. Once someone feels too good to be loved, once they think they are giving you something to beautiful to be lost then the whole point of love becomes shredded.
