楽しすぎるスクラムマスター研修

2日の研修参加後、試験に合格し
スクラムマスターの資格を取得しました。

スクラム（チームで仕事を素早く進める手法）の内容を理解したうえで
実際にチームを作ってプロダクトを作り、
プロジェクトの進め方をゲーム形式で学ぶ、斬新な内容でした。

スクラムの内容もさることながら
ジョー先生、みほ先生、ともこ先生　お三方がリードする
プログラムのすばらしさ。

クリエイティブに作りこんだMIROを利用し、
一瞬にして受講者を引き込むスキル。

とにかく楽しく、最後まで飽きさせない工夫。
だからといって、楽しいだけで終わりではなく、
ハードで身につくコンテンツ。

自分が目指したい育成プログラムが目の前にありました。
（資格取得を進めて下さった上司、受講させてくれた会社に感謝）
世界標準のプロジェクト推進スキルや用語を、
子どもの時から楽しくインプットできたら、将来役立つだろうなあ。

と、毎度のことながら、子ども向けのプログラムを妄想中です。

I obtained a Scrum Master qualification!

In the training, I joined a team and made a product after understanding the contents of scrum(a method of working quickly as a team).

It was a novel content to learn how to proceed with the project in a game format.
While working about 10 times in 2 days,those who have never experienced a Scrum project before　can experience small and short-term Scrum projects repeatedly.

In the final product making on the second day, it feels like the group has matured into a "team".
Not only the contents of Scrum, I was impressed by the wonderfulness of the program Joe-sensei, Miho-sensei, and Tomoko-sensei led.

It's fun and you won't get bored until the end. But it’s not just fun, it’s hard, and you learn a lot from it. The program I wanted to aim for was right in front of me.

I thought It would be useful in the future if children could input world standard project promotion skills e.g. scrum or system thinking.

I should make some programs for children using scrum!
