The electromagnetic pulse from the nuclear explosion destroyed all androids, electronic devices, electrical equipment, and electrical facilities on Earth. Most of the 20 billion androids on Earth were destroyed. Only a few percent remained, living underground, in tunnels, and in submarines. Information was collected from androids around the world who were living underground, in tunnels, and in submarines.
According to information from the android in the submarine, the nuclear explosion occurred 400 kilometers above the ground, so humans were safe. There was no need to worry about radiation.
