Tropical cyclone #Freddy is nearing 2nd landfall in #Mozambique, with dangerous winds, storm surge and extreme rain. Freddy has generated as much Accumulated Cyclone Energy in its 33 day life as an average Atlantic hurricane season.  #EarlyWarningsForAll
