At this shop, you can try a set of three different types of sake, which is fun to compare! I tried the sake recommended by top breweries from Toyama, and it was delicious. The best thing to eat with sake is Toyama’s specialty, “squid pickled in the sea.” It’s made with a sauce that has soy sauce and sake lees, giving it a rich, deep flavor. This makes the sake taste even better! The staff is really kind and helps you feel comfortable, so you can enjoy the atmosphere. It’s a place I think you should visit when you come to Tokyo!
