Takumi Matsubara arrested burning toddler with hot water

A 23-year-old man in Osaka, Takumi Matsubara was arrested Wednesday for allegedly burning his girlfriend's son to death with hot shower water at an apartment.

According to the Police, Takumi Matsubara has denied the charge, said he and toddler were playing in a hot walter.
