teamLab Planets in Toyosu, Tokyo, has recently unveiled a significant expansion, introducing over 20 new artworks and increasing its exhibition space by 1.5 times. This expansion, which opened on January 22, 2025, offers visitors a range of immersive and interactive experiences.
New Attractions:
Athletic Forest: A complex, multi-dimensional creative athletic space that encourages physical activity and exploration.
Catching and Collecting Forest: An interactive environment where visitors can capture and study various creatures, fostering curiosity and learning.
Future Park: A collaborative space designed for co-creation, allowing participants to engage in shared creative activities.
Additionally, the expansion includes a new Sketch Factory, enabling visitors to create personalized souvenirs featuring their own artwork. The outdoor areas have also undergone significant renewal, enhancing the overall visitor experience.
