●For the Revival of Modern Civil Society

This is the account of the events leading up to the presentation by the teacher of this text, "For the Revival of Modern Civil Society," which we made known yesterday. We have received confirmation from someone who is aware of the uproar that we promised, so we would like to post it here again. I am very sorry for all the trouble I have caused you, and I am deeply grateful.

(*We would like to continue our efforts to make this known, as it has been going on for eight years, which is why we have written the history of the uproar. We have just received criticism from a stalker for "cutting out" the "lies" and "falsehoods" of the teacher that we have seen daily in recent days, and we would like to ask for the help of those who have long known about the disturbance in regards to the statement that the stalker is presenting. We would like to ask for the help of those who have long been aware of the uproar and the statements that the stalker is making. Not a few people in Japan have been writing daily about this disturbance with amusement, hatred, and anger (I have adopted this as something that I repeat daily in my greetings, but I am sorry if it has become unacceptable due to changes in the terrain on social networking sites). The gap between the social position of the teacher and myself, which you would not normally have the opportunity to meet (I am the bottom, of course), is also a major factor in the uproar. So, please forgive me for borrowing Dr. Uchida's text in the hope that it will help you understand the commotion, including the high-resolution group stalking.
(Excerpts, explanations, criticisms, criticisms, slurs, threats...I know there are many, but I would appreciate your understanding that they are not slurs or threats)
(Shall I interrupt? I always aim to complete the work to some degree. I am working as usual with flat emotions, but the fact that this seems so dramatic suggests that there has been a change in the terrain on social networking sites over the last little while and I am not responding to it. I sometimes use Dr. Uchida's account as a reliable source to analogize the situation there, and I have heard such information from him since the other day.

I spend many hours a day researching information to adapt it to your situation so that it will be known to as many people as possible. For example, here is a message from a teacher, not surprisingly in Japan (not from anyone else or from me, I am the messenger). I am the messenger). How is this kind of information received? (This information is about 6 days old.)
(*This is an endless preamble. I am no one, but as a party to the long-running turmoil, I would like to borrow Dr. Uchida's text as a resident of a law-abiding nation and a citizen of a democratic society regarding a case that has developed into a major criminal act. We would appreciate your kind permission to do so. As for the authenticity of the known facts, as always, we would like to ask those who have been present from the beginning of the uproar to consider this matter. We are sorry to trouble you every day, but we would appreciate your cooperation.

〇[Dr. Uchida]
Although the timeliness may be the worst, we would like to record this information in a manner close to real time.
The meaning was shared and reposted by several people in Japan.
This is a repost of Sensei. [Four haters protected by prefectural police].

Dr. Uchida:
I would like to record this in near real time.

I am writing to make you aware of the turmoil that is currently spreading around the world. If I am the first one to be notified of the disturbance, Dr. Uchida is the second one to record and introduce his message.

The message is done in a "hinted at" format, which forces us to open up a certain degree of ambiguity and closedness in order to make it known to third parties.

We understand that this is very rude of Dr. Uchida, and we would appreciate your understanding and forgiveness.

It is a constant concern for me, as I cannot see your reactions, to what extent I should make explicit the implied message, but I would like to take this one step further and incorporate your opinions.

This is a well-known process from here. We are very sorry to make you spend your precious time every day, but we would like to ask for an objective judgment from someone who has known the turmoil for a long time, and we would like to take that as confirmation that the meaning of the message is shared.

First thing in the morning, located on the teacher's account, is a series of reposts that capture the teacher's reactions to the surrounding reaction to the disturbance.

This morning, all seven of our posts are criticisms of Dr. Uchida.

I would like to briefly introduce only those that seem easy to understand.

・[It should not be "occupied" (by a new project) ] (* I suspect that the new project started with primary information)

・ [Hands on education as you like, the site stops thinking, super management education] [The politicians who created the current situation make loopholes in the law so that they will not be blamed in the first place, collect back money, buy everything, and do not have any reproach] [Such a country that thinks only about themselves]

・Quoted post (whistleblowing news currently linked to the uproar)
["Failure to protect the accuser." "This is an issue that could undermine the whistleblowing system," he said.][ The county's response is suspected to have violated the Protection Act and can only be described as inappropriate." ]

(A whistleblowing was discovered by a civil servant who committed suicide.)[The reported supervisor is...) [If you act selfishly and arrogantly, and you notice it] [The ladder has been removed. ]

・(Similarly, to the source of the whistleblowing)【He uses his position to do whatever he wants and shows enthusiasm for being noticed. What are you going to do?

On top of these messages, you can find the best greetings from the teacher of the day.

【A long interview with "Monthly Japan" has been released. I'll give you a long version on my blog. It's long~. Please do it when you have time. 】

(※I would like you to keep in mind the flow from the criticism of the teacher I introduced earlier. )

A long interview was published in the August issue of Monthly Japan. The title of the book is "The Regression to Barbarism Has Begun," but what I meant was that "we must rebuild a modern civil society."
― The world is currently undergoing a major historical transformation. What do you think is happening in the world right now?
Uchida: I think what is happening now is ”the crisis of modernity”. The basic principle of modern civil society is "public." That "public" has become a crisis.

But now, the very idea of this modern international order has begun to shake. Individuals should pursue only their own interests, and nations should pursue only their own interests. This kind of "self-first" has become the dominant ideology, and the government is trying to withdraw from the "public." It seems to me that the "rule of law" has come to an end, and the world is once again trying to return to the "rule of power" and the "natural state" of the weak and the strong.

〇 From my article "◆ The relationship between Professor Itsuki Uchida and the uproar, recent messages ◆ " ● From accelerationism"
〇 We will record it in a form close to real time.
[The Tokyo gubernatorial election is not talked about much in the Kansai region because it is a story about Tokyo, but why do the residents of big cities elect an egoist, dictatorial anti-intellectual, as governor or mayor? Perhaps voters do not vote because they think that entrusting the administration to such people will make them happier. 】

[Measure the "usefulness" of public figures not by the "goodness" they may realize in the future, but by the "exhilaration" they give in the here and now. A certain present rather than an uncertain future. If "only now, only me" is important, it is not surprising that such a choice is made. 】

- "New Nazism" in "Ukraine and Palestine"

In "Fascism of Love and Illusion,[" he writes, "It is a ruthless and hard idea to weed out weak individuals and build a new post-capitalist world with only strong people who can survive."]
[This idea is said by Toji Suzuhara as it is.
"The only thing that matters is that man has become too far away from animals. (...) I'm going to turn humans back into animals." "The delusion of having to be happy is tormenting the slaves," Suzuhara mutters, "and we should destroy Japan once and for all." 】)

- Why have individuals and states begun to withdraw from the "public"?

One of the emerging non-state actors is terrorist organizations. Terrorist organizations like Al Qaeda and the Islamic State have no "people," land, or borders to protect in the first place.

A nother non-state actor is global corporations.

In addition, the tech giants' advanced technology poses a risk that could upend the current world order: AI-powered weapons could transform the form of warfare. Deepfakes and national surveillance systems may destroy democracy. Technological innovations may cause massive job losses. In all cases, the risks posed by technological advances are greater than the benefits. Technology with more risks than benefits cannot be left unchecked.

It is quicker to ask the tech giants to give us a "windfall of wealth" than to go through the tedious democratic process. If that were the case, we would say, "We don't need a democracy. It is more realistic to cling to the lap of the "lords" and rely on "crumbs falling from the master's table" (Carl Lloyds) rather than bypass democracy. It is quicker to be happy as a helpless commoner begging for the mercy of a "kind-hearted lord" than to behave as a sovereign in a democratic government. If such a mindset prevails, democracy will end. This is what Kotkin called the "new feudalism.

UCHIDA
Although certainly in decline, the United States remains the world's most powerful military and economic power. So, it is not a matter of "I don't give a damn about the international order. If we can rethink our position and say, "I don't care about the international order, as long as the U.S. is happy," it is unlikely that we will be defeated by China, Russia, or Iran. If it wanted to, the United States could become "the world's most powerful rogue state. Even if the nations of the world return to the savage "state of nature" where they scratch each other's throats, the U.S. will be the last survivor in that desolate "Mad Max"-like dystopia.

《*Refer to
This is a post that was recently made known. It is as follows where I have seen the meaning shared with others. However, the terrain on sns is changing now, and I know that the reference I have been pasting has the potential to be taken as an attack from me to the teacher's. I do not mean to undermine you with lies, but I have been making the relevant matters known as a reinforcement of my historical and three-dimensional understanding of the turmoil. Since even hinting is a difficult fruit to understand, it was my intention to inform you accurately by putting a few zeros on important points. On the other hand, it has been my experience that making things well known is always a risk to us.

I have read that there is such a big gap between Japan and other countries, partly due to my lack of effort.
I am unable to collate your response over there, so I would like to go back and see what happens. If it is taken as offensive, I would suggest deleting the supplement and restricting the publicity of related matters as much as possible for the time being. Thank you for your consideration.

〇 I would like to record this in a manner close to real time.

I have received confirmation from several people that the meaning is shared.

Another person's post (who has known about the turmoil from the beginning)
[Yesterday's TV debate for the U.S. presidential election.
[I think this is a situation where the downside of the TV show-ized debates has really come out. Even though Trump told a series of lies, there was not enough time for fact-checking in the short 90 minutes. The one who continues to tell lies with impunity looks like the "winner". While it takes instantaneous power to fight back against lies and win a debate, it is not as important a quality in a president.
[As I watched yesterday's debate, I still felt Trump is a liar and a fraud and Biden is 100 times better, even though he is old.
(*Trump refers to the teacher. Biden refers to me; this was the situation about a month ago)

This is Dr. Uchida's post in response to the above message (the second one).
(I hope you will take a look at it, keeping in mind your reaction there. This is your response yesterday evening.)
[In the US, Trump is likely to win the presidential election. The National Front is going to win the National Assembly election in France. If the incumbent wins the gubernatorial election, it looks like "the powers that be are on a straight line toward home-firstism and racism. ][I wondered why, but I guess they think that in order to compete with revisionist states like Russia, China, and Iran, they too will have to become autocratic, selfish, and xenophobic "monsters. Just as a child who is afraid of ghosts tries to escape their fear by turning into a ghost. [Americans probably crave to hear these words. And "You idiot, it's too late to tell us now. The America you know is no longer here." They dream of a dystopia where they continue to stagger through a world that has become chaotic with hateful words.】

― However, the lesson of the two world wars was that this would not ultimately secure the national interest. If we were to enter World War III and nuclear war were to break out, we would all be losers.

Uchida You are right. In the end, "Home Country First" will eventually strangle itself. This is because the subject of the construction "As long as it's good enough for me" can be made as small as you want it to be.
[...]
The idea is the same for the Texas and California independence movements. They form a tribe with only those of their own kind and put their interests first. It is "purification and reduction." If this trend accelerates, the United States will lose its cohesiveness as a nation. Once the public begins to dismantle, there is no stopping it. If we adopt the rule that "the purest is the absolute good," there will be no stopping it from splintering into even smaller homogeneous groups, even within the same tribe, in the pursuit of purity. Finally, they will fall apart. Any community will eventually disintegrate if it refuses to make the effort to form a public. Ortega called it "barbarism. The former Yugoslavia, once a multi-ethnic nation with "six republics, five ethnic groups, four languages, three religions, and two scripts," broke up into "six countries" and collapsed after capitulating to the ideology that a homogeneous group should be the basic political unit.

―Much like the West, Japan's nation-state framework is being unsettled by the effects of globalization.

Uchida Japan is now falling into a "third-rate dictatorship" because of "nepotism" and "tribal democracy".

Many people overlook this point, but there are two collective principles running parallel in Japan today. The Establishment has firmly formed a mutual aid network to cover the political and economic risks of its members. Thanks to this, they enjoy privileges in the following ways: they are not punished for breaking the law, they are not taxed for lining their pockets, and the media does not report on them no matter how much they misgovern... In contrast, the Establishment has a strong network of mutual support that covers its members' political and economic risks. In contrast, the neoliberal ideology is selectively announced to the poor and powerless masses "The winners get a total takeover and the losers have to die on the streets at their own risk.".

Many people are mistaken, but the Establishment, which occupies power and wealth, does not believe in a "neoliberal" ideology. This is an ideology "for the poor".

The bourgeoisie is being kept in solidarity and the proletariat is being kept isolated. It has always been that way. That is why Marx called out, 'Proletarians of all countries, in solidarity! If the proletarians are isolated while the bourgeoisie is in solidarity across borders, there is no way to win.

But nothing new will come out of such a society. The power of the nation will only continue to decline. If the current ruling system continues, Japan's presence in the international community will continue to decline. But the Establishment does not care about that. They don't care about the country. There are still plenty of things in Japan that can be sold. Land can be sold, tourist resources can be sold, water can be sold, social infrastructure can be sold. As long as they sell them off to foreign capital and convert them to private assets, when Japan sinks, they can escape to Hawaii, Singapore, or Canada and live in comfort for their grandchildren at least with the price they paid for selling Japan. So we have been preparing to escape from the "mud boat" for a long time, but we are planning to stay in the "mud boat" until the very last minute, take all the treasures we can carry, and escape in our own "lifeboat".

The very foundation of the political unit "Japan" is about to collapse. The rise of xenophobia is the result of this fear of a "broken country," but immigrants and foreigners are not destroying Japan. It is the Japanese themselves who are destroying Japan. People who say, "As long as it's good enough for me, that's all that matters," are destroying the Japanese public.

(※See
● From my article "◆The Relationship between Dr. Uchida and the Riots, and Recent Messages ◆" from Nepotism

[Of course, such a country will decline in national power and drop out of the group of developed countries in the not-too-distant future and become a "dictatorship/nepotism" state, but those who enjoy vested interests But those who enjoy vested interests are fine with that. The wealth they have accumulated so far is enough to pay for themselves even if they have to dip into their own pockets. ]

(continued) [If Japan dies, "Then you can move to Hawaii or Singapore. When Japan is destroyed, more and more people are saying things like, "Well, I can just move to Hawaii or Singapore then, and my life won't change. It's a sign of the end of the country. ]

And Japan is not yet abandoned. People with heart and soul all over Japan, such as Pastor Tomoshi Okuda, who runs a homeless support activity called "Hodoboku" in Kitakyushu, and Noriaki Imai, who supports teenage boys and girls called "D x P" in Osaka, have set up "public" organizations with their own money and handcrafted mutual support networks without asking for anything in return. As a result, the "DxP" project has become a reality.

What is happening now is a "regression to pre-modernity" and a "withdrawal from the public". So the direction we should be heading in is clear. We must go back to the idea of "modern civil society" and rebuild the "public."

- Mr. Uchida advocates "Japanese-style communitarianism" as the direction Japan should aim for.

Uchida
What is imposed on the Japanese people in the 21st century is the difficult problem of reconciling the "ice-cold incompatibility" of the Emperor System, which has ancient origins, and constitutional democracy, which is a modern quasi-system, and making them live together. I understand that the modern "monarch-citizen co-governance" is to reconcile these two.
And in order to face this conundrum, the civic maturity of the Japanese people is essential. I know it is difficult to understand my logic that "to be an adult is revolutionary behavior," but since the current intellectual disaster in Japan is the result of slyly giving in to demands to "simplify the story because it is difficult to understand," I cannot simplify the story.

【※For your reference
Up to now, even with regard to this kind of publicity, in order to understand the meaning of the two sides of the double-speak, the two ambiguities, we have attached the relevant information in the sense of informing you by circling the zeros. Here is the teacher's understanding of the concept of "commune". I would like to ask you to consider how it is taken in the present fiezu.... If it is taken as an "attack on me", I would like to delete it and restrict the supplement for a while.

●From this paper, "The Recommendation of Communism"
(This text is presented by the doctor as an answer to my question.

My question
[I asked this question last night because I could not bear the pain. Why, contrary to reality, am I the subject of the [curse] and "should not be allowed to exist in Japanese society"...? I asked this question as a repetition and representation of what has happened up to this point.)

Sir's reply will be:
[A distinguishing characteristic of modern Japan is that the more people belong to the wealthy class, the "poorer" they are. Those who belong to the wealthy and are close to power interpret it solely as a grant of the right to "cut out public property and replace it with private property" and "the right to divert public power to private use".

No, it really is. In the modern Japanese lexicon, "kyokusha" means "a person who can use public power for private use and privatize public property. As long as people sweat and toil day in and day out with the goal of achieving such a status, it is no wonder that the nation as a whole is "poor.
I am fed up with this poverty. I don't care if it is poor. I want to live in a non-poor society.
Then, what kind of society is not "poor"? At any rate, the "republican neighborhoods" that I have seen and heard about in Japan since the end of the war were like that. They do not envy the wealth of others, they do not abandon the weak, they do not retreat from their private property but share it, and they strive to make public property as rich as possible. In other words, that's all there is to it. If adults actually behave in such a way and children think this is "normal," then that society, even if it is materially poor, is not "poor". I would live in such a society if I could.

I believe that "rich" should be an adjective used only for public goods, not for private goods.

I think that "richness" in its essential sense means that every member, regardless of status, property, or personal ability, can equally enjoy the gifts of the "common". Marx thought so, and so do I.]

●Requests from the Good Sexuality System

(We are all aware of the uproar that has been going on for nine years. Political participation and thinkers seem to have been a major historical theme. It generates great influence and public responsibility, and I would like to make known your online text in terms of the public interest. I hope that a better resolution and understanding will be achieved. I would like to wait for the family instructions of those who are familiar with the turmoil in the same way as yesterday. I am sorry to have to ask for your help every day.)

(Governor's Election = "The Trial of Mass Stalking Abroad". After the results, the doctor will give a summary of it.)

(※Incidentally, I have seen this discussion discussed in Japanese X in connection with the group stalking fiasco.)

The recent gubernatorial election was marked by evasionist acts that seemed to target loopholes in the Public Election Law.

In the past, people who clearly lacked civic common sense have appeared in political broadcasts and election bulletins, but we have silently accepted this as the "cost of democracy". However, the insanity of the recent Tokyo gubernatorial election was indeed unprecedented. But I don't think the people who engage in this kind of behavior are trying to use the election to make money or to make a name for themselves. Their goal is to ridicule the very fact that the Public Election Law is operated in a "sexist" manner. As long as they pay the deposit, they can use the public instrument to expose to the world the fragility and deception of representative democracy. It seems to me that the real motivation driving those who do this is to expose and ridicule how unrealistic and delusional to the point of idealism democracy is. "You see how crappy a system democracy is when you see us doing whatever we want? " they provocatively raise their middle finger at the people.

(※For your reference
I would like to add a double-speak meta-message that gets buried in the ambiguity, underlined for emphasis. The purpose is to reinforce your understanding in a multilayered way. Depending on how you look at it, it runs the risk of being taken as an attack on the teacher. So, again, I would like to ask for the judgment of those other than myself who are aware of the uproar. If your criticism is still strong, I will consider deleting it.)

●Complex Systems and the Joy of Destruction (from "■■UCHIDA TREE Sensei and the 'New Nazism'■■")
[(There is a strict boundary between the world of politics and business and the social common capital that must not be crossed. At some point the Japanese have abandoned that common sense.
[We were taught that "destroying can be done with one-hundredth of the power it takes to create. Therefore, those who seek omnipotence quickly will always be destructive. So continued the teacher's teaching.
There are too many people in the world today who are lewd with the omnipotence gained by destruction.

〇We will record this in near real time.
[Accelerationism]
(As in the text, the gubernatorial election = "trial of mass stalkers abroad". After the results, the teacher will give a summary of them. The conservative incumbent governor was re-elected in the Tokyo gubernatorial election.)

[Why do big city residents elect egoistic, autocratic, anti-intellectuals as governors and mayors?
(continued) [The "omnipotence" that they feel is painfully obvious even if they don't use their imagination. When I see the way they kick in the feet of moderation and fairness as public figures, stripping the privileges of public officials, teachers, intellectuals, and professionals, and humiliating they who are doing great things, I feel a "puddle of shame"I think. ]
(continued) [Considering the "usefulness" of public figures not by the "good things" they may achieve in the future, but by the "exhilaration" they give us here and now. An Uncertain Future. A certain present rather than an uncertain future. No wonder we make such choices if "just now, just me" is important to us.】

The system of democratic society is designed not on the basis of the actual sexual goodness of its citizens (which is not the case), but to maximize their own self-interest because of their sexual goodness.

A system built on the principle of sexual goodness requires voters, as members of civil society, to weigh their own interests "to secure stable self-interest over the long term," rather than "to maximize self-interest" as they normally do in the marketplace. The only difference is the presence or absence of the "over the long term" condition。

But the institutions of civil society must operate stably over the long term. This inevitably requires a certain number of citizens to think rationally and act lawfully.

A benevolent system is not the product of thoughtlessness. It is the product of a realistic plea up the citizens' sleeves, "Please grow up to be decent adults (otherwise this society will not last).

※For your reference
(I would like to get opinions from you and those who know the ruckus as to whether this reference looks like the same as the above, and I will reflect them.)
Empire, monarchy, aristocracy, and oligarchy are all "regimes where the cost of governing is cheaper if the citizens are childish and stupid". "the more childish and stupid the citizens are, the cheaper it is to govern. So these regimes send the message to their citizens, "Don't mature. Don't think too hard. We, the rulers, will do the thinking work for you, and you will remain stupid. [...] The old man who did not even realize that he was being ruled is the ideal of the fools.
Only the democratic government does not coddle its citizens, forcing them to do the tedious work of "growing up. That is why people do not like democratic government.

(※I am getting a little worried because of Professer's relentless writing, but I see that the propaganda released by the stalker is that I am a lunatic, schizophrenic, crippled, and from what I have been informed, "mentally unstable and severely disturbed from a young age" and "all of his family members are mentally dangerous. I have also read that some of them have "family members who are also mentally dangerous. I am at a loss for words that there is a world line where this is believed (before that, it is a crime in order, so please don't do it). I have mixed feelings about the persuasiveness of the stalker's information, and not so much the movie, but the strong framing of the internet....
As Prof.Uchida say, it is a "delusional conspiracy theory", so I hope you don't have to make sense with this text there. In other words, "I am lying," but I would like to await the examination of those who know the ruckus to make that determination.)
