日に日に新た

先日、前職に長らく勤務された方が登壇するセミナーに参加する

他の予定があり、参加するかどうか迷ったが、
ZOOMなので、移動中の間だけ聞こうと思いなおす
前職を全うした方がどのような考えを持つのか、
確認してみたいという好奇心から参加することにしてみた。

海外で学び、働いているというご経験が、
日本に対する造詣をより深されているように思われ、
私としては多くの気づきが多くあった

なかでも興味深いのが
その人の好きな言葉でもある
「日に日に新た」

私も大切にしている言葉だ

創業者にお会いしたことはないのだけれども
（私が入った時にはすでにはいらっしゃらなかった）

こうして多くの社員が思い続けられる言葉を
もつことができるというのは、本当にすごいこと

こうして思いがのせられた
言葉の力は遠くまで深く届けられる

これは喜びや悲しみ、怒りなど
深い感情のすべてにあてはまるのではないだろうか

これからも「日に日に新た」
大切にしたい

I'm going to attend a seminar the other day where a long-time former employee will be speaking.

I had other plans and wasn't sure whether to attend or not, but since it was a ZOOM, I decided to attend out of curiosity to see what kind of thoughts a person who had worked at his previous job for his entire career would have while traveling.

I found that his experience of studying and working abroad seems to have deepened his knowledge of Japan, and as for me, there were many things that I noticed.

One of the most interesting things was the person's favorite phrase, "day by day, new day by day”.

It is a phrase that I also cherish.

Although I have never met the founder (he was not around when I joined the company), it is truly amazing that so many employees can have such words to keep them in their hearts.

I think this applies to all deep emotions such as joy, sadness, and anger.

I will continue to cherish "day by day, new day by day".
