俺の居ない世界に価値はない、は、あなただけではないかもしれない。でも、ほとんどの人は生きていたいんです The world without me is worthless, and you may not be the only one. But most of us want to live.　

俺の居ない○○国のない世界に価値はない。
誰の言葉でしょうか？
誰でもありません。私が今考えました。けれどそれは私のオリジナルではないと思う。今、世界中の多くの人が、「ある人物」がそのような考えを持っていると恐れていることでしょう。
では、「ある人物」とは、誰でしょうか？

A world without XX country without me is worthless. Whose words are these? No one. I just thought of it. But I don't think that is original of me. I am sure many people around the world are now afraid that "someone" has that idea. So who is "a certain someone"?

みんな、です。

everyone.

究極的には、地球上で生きている全員が、同じことを考えてもおかしくない。だって、死んでしまったら、国にも地球にも「自分は居ない」のです。そうだよね、昨年6月に世を去った同級生、M。君は核のボタンを押したわけではなく、自分自身の病気によって、国も地球もないところへ行ってしまったのだけれど。

Ultimately, everyone alive on earth could be considered the same. Because if you die, you are "not there for yourself" in your country or on earth. Yes, my classmate, M., who passed away last June, did not press the nuclear button, but went to a place where there is no country and no earth, due to his own illness.

私は、西側世界「日本」で暮らしています。
多くのメディアの情報は「西側から見た世界」を報じています。
西側世界の一員として理不尽を感じるけれど、東側世界に居たとしたら、東側世界の一員として理不尽を感じていたかもしれない。

I live in the western world "Japan". Much of the media information reports the "world from the west side". I feel unreasonable as a member of the western world, but if I had been in the eastern world, I might have felt unreasonable as a member of the eastern world.

ただ、一つだけ、世界の誰もが忘れないで欲しいことがあります。
特に、世界を「終わらせる」ことの出来る人に。

日本では最近、「他人を巻き添えにして事件を起こして死刑にしてほしい」という、困った犯罪者が時々現れて、人々を恐怖に陥れています。そりゃ中には偶然「実は死にたかったんだ」という人も、絶対にあり得ないとは限らないかもしれない。けれど、決して数は多くない。ほとんどの人は生きたいのです。

Recently in Japan, troubled criminals have appeared from time to time to terrorize people, saying that they want to be put to death for causing incidents involving other people. That is, it may not be absolutely impossible for some of them to accidentally say, "Actually, I wanted to die. " But there are never many. Most people want to live.

11年前の今日、日本では東日本大震災が発生し、１万５千人以上が犠牲となりました。

Eleven years ago today, Japan was hit by the Great East Japan Earthquake, killing more than 15,000 people.

原発震災という人間由来の災害もありました。けれど、多くの方の直接の死因は津波。自然の脅威に対する無力さを感じました。

There was also a disaster of human origin, the nuclear power plant disaster. However, the direct cause of death of many people was the tsunami. I felt helpless against the threat of nature.

自然に対して「ほとんどの人は生きていたいんです」なんて語りかけてみても、自然は人間の希望で動いてはくれません。

Even if we try to tell nature that "most people want to live," nature does not move according to our wishes.

しかし、人間はそうではないはず。

But humans should not be so.

私は、そう信じたい。
