Nick, Whitney, Cash Rowley on Instagram: "Another first in the books for our little princess Cashy! Cash has literally tried wakesurfing a handful of times since we got our @axiswake boat. She hasn’t been afraid to try but in her words “Wakeboarding is just more fun!” Nick helped Cashy get up on her own for the first time ever on her wakesurf board just a few weeks ago. He has tried to get her up a few other times but to no avail. Then this moment happened. Thanks to our friend Ken for teaching Cash a few tricks and she was getting up on her own without needing Nick pushing her @soulcraftwakesurf board to her feet. Then to our surprise and amazement she dropped the rope shortly after being able to get up and wakesurf by herself! She told me that she had a dream she was going to drop the rope. So of course as her mom I said “That is amazing but make sure you can keep yourself in the pocket without needing the rope first!” The sheer joy and stoke after she gets that first comeback after thinking she was slipping out the wave is something I will never ever forget and I hope Cashy remembers it too! You can hear my throat is starting to go horse from all the screaming I was doing over this moment but it is totally worth it! Watching Cashy set a goal and achieve it right in front of me makes me so beyond proud! Words cannot express how much fun having our boat has been.
