I'Rise Associates株式会社｜証券用語｜確定利付債（かくていりつきさい）
利払いの際の利率が発行時に確定している債券のこと。満期償還時は額面金額で償還される。
保有期間中に市場金利が上昇すると債券価格が値下がりする一方で、金利が低下した場合は値上がり益を享受することができる。
マーケットの変動によって利率が変動する変動利付債と比較すると、確定利付債は、契約時の利率が満期まで変わらないため、所定の時期に一定のキャッシュフローを継続して得られるというメリットがある。
