従業員の健康保持や健康増進のため、経営的視点から戦略的、具体的な取り組みを行っている企業を認定する制度。経営理念、組織体制、制度・施策実行、評価・改善、法令遵守・リスクマネジメントの観点からそれぞれの評価項目について一定の基準を満たすことが条件。優良な健康経営を実践している法人を「見える化」することで、社会的評価や企業価値の向上を目指すことを目的としている。
