What do you do to stay motivated?
There are times when you don't feel like doing anything, right?
At times like that, I try to change my mind by exercising and sweating. I feel so positive after exercising.
Here are 3 benefits of exercise as below:
The first is the diet effect. Second, relieve stress. The third is health promotion. There are many other benefits as well. Moderate exercise not only improves your health, but it also improves your mood.
I think everyone has their own source of motivation. Accept the good times and the bad and move forward.
