Day 32. Are you a morning or a night person?
I am not ether person because it is better for me to get into the bed as soon as possible and sleep as much as I can. If I had to say, I’m a morning person. I feel happy and comfortable when I wake up and do something early in the moring. Moreover, I’m not good at sleeping all the night. That is not good for mental health and body condition because I’m not storong. I believe it is important for us to have a good sleep condition, so I’m particular about my bed mattress and pillow. My pillow is custom made for my neck and head. It is a little expensive for me, but I think it was a good purchase.

1. Natural Version
I don’t really identify as either a night owl or a morning person because I prefer to get into bed as soon as possible and sleep as much as I can. If I had to choose, though, I’d say I’m a morning person. I feel happy and refreshed when I wake up early and get things done in the morning. On the other hand, I’m not good at staying up all night. I think it’s bad for both mental health and physical condition, especially since I’m not very strong. I believe having quality sleep is crucial, so I’m particular about my bed, mattress, and pillow. My pillow is custom-made to fit my neck and head. It was a bit pricey for me, but I believe it was worth every yen because it has significantly improved my sleep quality.

2. Casual Version
I don’t think I’m either a night owl or a morning person. Honestly, I just like going to bed early and getting as much sleep as I can. But if I had to pick, I’d say I’m more of a morning person. Waking up early and getting things done makes me feel good and refreshed. I’m terrible at staying up all night—it’s bad for my mental health and body, especially since I’m not super strong. That’s why I care a lot about my sleep setup. My pillow is custom-made for my neck and head, and even though it was expensive, it was totally worth it. My sleep has gotten so much better since I bought it!
