エストニア・タリン空港撮影情報
基礎情報 / Basic info
地理的には東ヨーロッパに位置し、バルト三国の最北端に位置するエストニア。ラトビア、ロシアと国境を接し、北には海を挟んでフィンランドがあります。日本語では「バルト三国」と言ってよくラトビアやリトアニアとセットで語られることが多いですが、実は民族・言語的にはフィンランドに近く、ラトビアやリトアニアとは違いが大きいです。EUかつNATOの加盟国で、シェンゲン協定にも加盟しており、使用通貨はユーロです。EUの中では物価は高くなく、日本と同じか安いぐらいです。
Estonia is geographically located in East Europe, and it is the northernmost country among the Baltic States, bordering with Latvia and Russia. In the north, on the other side of the sea, is Finland. Estonia is referred as one of the "Baltic States", but Estonia is ethnically and linguistically very close to Finland, and quite different from the rest of the Baltic States. It is a member of the European Union, NATO and Schengen Agreement, and the currency is Euro. Prices are not high compared to other EU countries.
そんなエストニアですが、撮影目的で渡航される方は少ないと思われます。英語媒体でも情報は限られているのですが、エストニア・タリン空港の撮影情報について日本語で紹介したいと思います。
I assume that (unfortunately) not so many people visit Estonia for plane spotting, so here is all about aviation spotting at Tallinn Airport, information provided in English!

タリン空港で飛行機の撮影は認められていますが、端っこで放置されている飛行機をフェンス越しに撮っていると制止しかけられたので、ストア機については少し注意が必要かもしれません。トラフィックは多くないですが、エストニアの島々を結ぶプロペラ機の発着等もあり、ほかのバルト三国の国とは少し違った光景が見られます。
Spotting is legal at Tallinn Airport, but I was almost stopped by authorities when I was photographing stored airplanes through a fence. It is normally no problem, but you might as well pay attention when you photograph them. Traffic is not busy, but there are some unique Estonian domestic flights connecting Estonian islands on the Baltic Sea, and you can see some small prop planes.
撮影スポット / Spotting locations
１．VIPターミナル駐車場・滑走路西側フェンス / Parking lot at VIP Terminal & Fence along the western end of the airport vicinity
ここでは主にターミナルビル南側のゲートを使用する飛行機や、ターミナルを利用できないA330以上の飛行機、貨物便を撮影できます。また、離着陸する飛行機も撮影できますが、RWY26から離陸した飛行機はかなり高度を稼いでしまうので、お腹しか映らないです。フェンス越しの撮影です。
You can mainly photograph airplanes on the southern side of the terminal building, airplanes bigger than A330 which are on spots for middle-sized planes, cargo planes, and airplanes taking off and landing. However, for the traffic taking off from RWY26, you cannot really get nice shots because the airplanes are already pretty high. You can photograph through the fence.
２．トラム連絡通路 / Connecting bridge to the tram station
ここはターミナルビルとトラム（路面電車）の空港駅を結ぶ連絡通路です。ガラス張りなので、窓越しに撮影することになります。ターミナルビル北側のスポットに入った飛行機をここから撮影できます。
This is in the access bridge which connects the terminal building and tram station. You can photograph airplanes on the spots on the northern side of the terminal building though the window.
３．空港北側フェンス / Fence on the northern side of the airport
ここからはフェンス越しに滑走路上の飛行機を撮影できます。アクセスがしにくいことやフェンス越しの撮影になること、北側から撮影することになるのであまりおすすめではないですが、まぁ撮れなくもないです。
You can photograph airplanes though a fence. I don't really recommend this place because it is a bit complicated to reach, you need to shoot through the fence and you need to shoot from the north.
４．Suur-Sõjamäeストア地区 / Stored planes in Suur-Sõjamäe
こちらも空港北側にある撮影スポットですが、滑走路の方向は見晴らしが悪いので主にストア機の撮影がメインとなります。Suur-Sõjamäeのバス停の目の前にストア機がいるので、フェンス越しに撮影できます。このスポットで撮影していると空港職員に止められそうになりました。ナイジェリアのHak AirやMed-Viewなどといった名前の航空会社のB737クラシックや、チェコ航空のATRなどがストアされています。撮影時にはCRJ900が2機いましたが、2023年4月の時点ではいないようです。
This location is located on the northern side of the airpotr, and you can mainly spot stored airplanes because you don't get clear visibility towards the runway that much. You will see some stored airplanes through the airport fence near bus stop called Suur-Sõjamäe. The stored airplanes include B737 Classic of Hak Air and Med-View from Nigeria and CSA Czech Airlines ATR. There were also two CRJ900 when I shot the sample pictures, but apparently they are no longer there as of April 2023. I was about to be stopped by airport authorities while photographying the stored planes here, but it should be no problem.
５．ターミナル出発エリア（制限区域）/ Departure area in the terminal (after security)
こちらはターミナルの出発エリアです。有効な搭乗券を持っている人しか入ることができません。窓越しに飛行機を撮影することができます。
This is inside the security area of the airport terminal. You can access only with a valid boarding pass. You can photograph planes though windows.
