統計上、司祭の中の1割が捕食司祭である。

世界の司祭の中で、信者や子どもに対して性虐待を行う司祭を、捕食司祭という。
その割合はおよそ1割である。

2016年に日本で公開された映画「SpotLight」を私の主治医がたまたま観て、私に「ハルミさんのような人が世界中にたくさん居るよ！」と教えてくれた。

長い間孤独に苦しんできた私は驚いた。
私は世界でたった1人だと感じていた。

私は映画に出てきた「SNAP」という団体を探した。夜眠っていたら、神様が「SNAP」を探しなさいと言うのだ。私は驚いた。午前2時だった。

私はついに見つけた。私はそれからアメリカのSNAPのディレクター、リーダーに助けられている。

①まず、私は悪くないこと。  
②被害者ではなく、私は勇敢なサバイバーであること。自分を被害者ではなく、サバイバーと呼ぶこと。
③沈黙は毒であること。親しい人に話すこと。
だんだんとたくさんの人の前で話すこと。

いろいろ私は教わった。

その後私は、SNAP創設者のバーバラ・ブレインさんとのSkype会議で日本で初めてのSNAPリーダーと認められた。彼女は日本語と英語の同時通訳者を探してくれた。　

SNAPの回復のプログラムを私は学び少しずつ実践していった。

この犯罪をやめさせるにはまだまだ遠い道のりがある。
まだ私は倒れてはいけないのだ。

My doctor happened to see the movie "SpotLight" released in Japan in 2016 and told me, "There are many people like you, Harumi, all over the world!" He told me, "There are many people like you in the world!

Having suffered from loneliness for a long time, I was surprised.
I had felt that I was the only one in the world.

I looked for an organization called "SNAP" that was mentioned in the movie. When I was sleeping at night, God told me to look for SNAP. I was surprised. It was 2 am.

I finally found it. I have since been helped by the director and leader of SNAP in the US.

First of all, it is not my fault.
First of all, I am not a victim, I am a brave survivor. Call yourself a survivor, not a victim.
(3) Silence is poison. Talk to those who are close to you.
(4) To speak in front of many people gradually.

I learned many things.

Then I had a Skype meeting with Barbara Blaine, the founder of SNAP, and was recognized as the first SNAP leader in Japan. She helped me find a simultaneous interpreter for Japanese and English.

I learned about SNAP's program of recovery and gradually put it into practice.

I still have a long way to go to stop this crime.
I must not fall down yet.
