利用規約およびプライバシーポリシー -Japanese-


本ドキュメントは、SNSと天気のアプリ「hanaco」「花子天気」（以下「当アプリ」）に関する利用条件（利用規約）および個人情報の取り扱いについて（プライバシーポリシー）を定めたものです。当アプリをご利用いただく前に、以下の内容をよくお読みいただき、同意の上ご利用ください。

第1部：利用規約

第1条（適用範囲）

本利用規約は、「花子天気」（以下「当アプリ運営」）が提供する当アプリを利用するすべてのユーザーに適用されます。当アプリをご利用いただく場合、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条（利用条件）

  1. ゲストユーザー

    • ゲストユーザーは、登録を行わずに以下の機能を利用できます：

      • コメントの閲覧

      • 不適切なコメントの通報

  2. 登録ユーザー

    • 登録ユーザーは、以下の情報を登録することで、次の機能を利用できます：

      • 登録情報：ニックネーム、メールアドレス

      • 利用可能機能：コメントの投稿、他ユーザーのプロフィール閲覧、アプリのカスタマイズ

  3. アカウント情報の変更について

    • 現在、当アプリでは、登録したメールアドレスおよびパスワードの変更はできません。

    • 今後のアップデートでパスワード変更機能を実装予定です。

    • ユーザーには、強固なパスワード（英数字、記号を含む8文字以上）を設定することを推奨します。

    • パスワードが漏洩した場合、第三者によるアカウント不正利用の可能性があるため、管理には十分ご注意ください。

  4. アカウント削除

    • 登録ユーザーは、自身のアカウントをいつでも削除することができます。アカウント削除を行う場合、投稿データや関連情報は削除されるか、匿名化されます。

  5. 投稿コメントの表示について

    • 投稿されたコメントは、必ずしも全て表示されるわけではありません。

    • コメントの表示内容は、天気や気温などの条件に応じて変化する仕組みが導入されています。

    • この仕組みの詳細は公表しておりません。ユーザーには、その変化を楽しんでいただくことを目的としています。

  6. ユーザーによるブロック機能

    • 現在、ユーザーが他のユーザーをブロックすると、ブロックを取り消すことはできません（今後のアップデートで実装予定）。

  7. アカウント管理責任

    • 登録ユーザーは、自身のアカウント情報（メールアドレス、パスワードなど）を適切に管理し、不正利用や漏洩を防ぐ責任を負います。

    • アカウント情報を第三者に共有したこと、または管理が不十分であったことにより発生した損害について、当アプリ運営は一切の責任を負いません。

    • ユーザーは、アカウントの不正利用や乗っ取りが発覚した場合、速やかに当アプリ運営に連絡するものとします。

第3条（通報機能と精査対応）

  1. ユーザーは、不適切なコメントを通報機能を利用して報告することができます。

  2. 通報されたコメントについて、当アプリ運営は速やかに内容を精査し、必要に応じて以下の対応を行います：

    • コメントの削除

    • 該当アカウントの一時停止または削除

    • その他、適切な措置

  3. 通報対応の結果や詳細については、当アプリ運営の裁量により決定します。また、通報内容に関する個別の報告は行いません。

第4条（禁止行為）

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用において以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

  1. 他のユーザーまたは第三者の権利を侵害する行為

  2. 不適切、攻撃的、または公序良俗に反するコメントの投稿

  3. 虚偽の情報を登録または投稿する行為

  4. 他人になりすます行為

  5. スパム行為やシステムの妨害行為

  6. その他、当アプリ運営が不適切と判断する行為

第5条（コメント削除およびアカウント停止）

  1. 当アプリ運営は、ユーザーによる以下の行為が確認された場合、ユーザーの同意なくコメントを削除し、またはアカウントの一時停止・削除を行うことがあります：

    • 本規約に違反する行為

    • 法令または公序良俗に反する行為

    • 他のユーザーまたは第三者への著しい迷惑行為

  2. コメント削除またはアカウント停止に関する詳細については、当アプリ運営の裁量により決定します。

第6条（利用規約とプライバシーポリシーの変更について）

  1. 当アプリ運営は、ユーザーに通知することなく、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーを変更することができます。

  2. 規約変更後も当アプリを継続して利用する場合、ユーザーは変更後の規約およびポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

  3. ユーザーは、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーの最新内容を定期的に確認する責務を負います。

第7条（免責事項）

  1. 当アプリ運営は、以下について一切の責任を負いません：

    • アカウントの乗っ取りや不正利用による損害

    • 投稿データの削除、消失、または破損

    • システム障害や不具合によりサービスが利用できない場合

  2. ユーザー同士のトラブルについては、当アプリ運営は一切関与しません。

第2部：プライバシーポリシー

Terms of Use and Privacy Policy-English-

This document outlines the terms of use (Terms) and the handling of personal information (Privacy Policy) for the SNS and weather application "hanaco" or "Hanako Weather" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Please read the following carefully and agree to the content before using the App.

Part 1: Terms of Use

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms apply to all users of the App provided by "Hanako Weather" (hereinafter referred to as "the App Operator"). By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Usage Conditions)

  1. Guest Users

    • Guest users can use the following features without registration:

      • Viewing comments

      • Reporting inappropriate comments

  2. Registered Users

    • Registered users can access the following features by registering the specified information:

      • Registration Information: Nickname, email address

      • Available Features: Posting comments, viewing other users' profiles, customizing the app

  3. Account Information Changes

    • Currently, the App does not allow changes to registered email addresses or passwords.

    • A password change feature will be implemented in a future update.

    • Users are encouraged to set a strong password (containing alphanumeric characters and symbols, with a minimum of 8 characters).

    • Users must manage their passwords securely to prevent leakage, as leaked passwords may lead to unauthorized account use by third parties.

  4. Account Deletion

    • Registered users can delete their accounts at any time. When an account is deleted, its associated data and related information will either be deleted or anonymized.

  5. Display of Posted Comments

    • Posted comments are not guaranteed to be displayed in their entirety.

    • The display of comments may vary based on conditions such as weather and temperature.

    • The details of this mechanism will not be disclosed, as the goal is to provide users with an enjoyable experience.

  6. Blocking Feature by Users

    • Currently, once a user blocks another user, the block cannot be reversed (this feature may be implemented in a future update).

  7. Account Management Responsibility

    • Registered users are responsible for properly managing their account information (email address, password, etc.) and preventing unauthorized use or leakage.

    • The App Operator assumes no responsibility for damages arising from shared or poorly managed account information.

    • If users detect unauthorized use or account breaches, they must promptly contact the App Operator.

Article 3 (Report Function and Investigation)

  1. Users can report inappropriate comments through the reporting feature.

  2. Upon receiving a report, the App Operator will promptly investigate and take necessary actions, such as:

    • Deleting the comment

    • Temporarily suspending or deleting the relevant account

    • Taking other appropriate measures

  3. The details and outcomes of investigations are determined at the discretion of the App Operator, and individual feedback on reports will not be provided.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following activities while using the App:

  1. Acts that infringe on the rights of other users or third parties

  2. Posting inappropriate, offensive, or content violating public order and morals

  3. Registering or posting false information

  4. Impersonating others

  5. Engaging in spamming or system disruption

  6. Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the App Operator

Article 5 (Comment Deletion and Account Suspension)

  1. The App Operator may, without user consent, delete comments or suspend/delete accounts if the following actions are confirmed:

    • Violation of these Terms

    • Acts contrary to laws or public order and morals

    • Severe harassment or inconvenience to other users or third parties

  2. The details of comment deletion or account suspension are determined at the discretion of the App Operator.

Article 6 (Changes to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy)

  1. The App Operator reserves the right to change these Terms and the Privacy Policy without notifying users.

  2. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Privacy Policy.

  3. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the latest Terms and Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. The App Operator assumes no responsibility for:

    • Damages resulting from account breaches or unauthorized use

    • Deletion, loss, or corruption of posted data

    • Service disruptions caused by system failures or issues

  2. The App Operator is not involved in resolving disputes between users.


Part 2: Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets forth the policies regarding the handling of personal information in the SNS and weather application "hanaco" or "Hanako Weather" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Please read the following carefully and agree to its content before using the App.

Article 1 (Information Collected)

The App Operator collects the following information to provide and improve the App's services:

  1. Information provided by users

    • Nickname

    • Email address

  2. Information automatically collected during use

    • Device information (device type, OS version, app version, etc.)

    • App usage history (access date and time, features used, operation history, etc.)

    • Location information necessary for weather data and place name display (only if users enable location services)

Article 2 (Purpose of Information Use)

The App Operator uses the collected information for the following purposes:

The App Operator reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time.

  1. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be published within the App or on the official website.

  2. Continued use of the App after changes are made will be deemed acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
