Q&A Diary #98: How do you approach self-education and personal growth?

Recently, self-education and working is mixed. Someone who has technological challenges comes to me and asks me the cause of the problem. Understanding mechanisms and providing solutions requires a wide range of knowledge. Every time I have to learn new things. In that case I study using textbooks, read papers, check the various data and situations. Because I have problems to solve, my learning process is efficient. I like that process.
