     More and more female executive position leaders have started to run a business in Japan. However, the number is still low standard compared with foreign countries. I agree with the theme that a lack of female leaders is a serious problem in Japan.

 　日本では、女性の管理職リーダーがビジネスを始めるケースが増えています。しかし、その数は海外に比べるとまだまだ低い水準です。日本では女性リーダーの不足が深刻な問題だというテーマに賛成です。

     Primary, it is estimated that more and more female workers should participate in running businesses to earn money. Japan has been in depression for thirty years ago. The price of commodities is keeping rise, but citizens' salaries have never risen drastically. This situation suggests that no matter how men try to earn money hard, they are not enough.

 　第一に、ますます多くの女性労働者がお金を稼ぐために事業を営む必要があると推定されています。日本は 30 年前から不況に陥っています。物価は上がり続けていますが、国民の給料が大幅に上がりません。この状況は、男性がいくらお金を稼ごうとしても、それだけでは十分ではないことを示唆しています。

     Second, countries like Japan with the worse level of gender equality must strive more to solve them. Globally, Japan is recognized as an unwelcoming place for feminist people. Once some American famous times criticized this issue, the Japanese government awakened to fix this gender inequality. A lack of female leaders can be a huge problem which to compete with other countries.

 　第二に、日本のようにジェンダーの平等が進んでいない国は、それを解決するためにもっと努力しなければなりません。世界的に、日本はフェミニストの人々にとって居心地の悪い場所として認識されています。アメリカの著名人がこの問題を批判した後、ようやく日本政府はこのジェンダーの不平等を是正するために目覚めました。女性リーダーの不足は、他国との競争において大きな問題となる可能性があります。

     Last, the lack of a workforce can be estimated from the aging population in Japan. That's because if women don't participate in work, that becomes a serious problem. Recent studies have shown that most women who work in the office have some complaints about their workplace and environment or system. Women need more comfortable places to work especially after they have children.

 　最後に、日本の人口の高齢化から、労働力の不足を推測することができます。女性が仕事に参加しなければ、それは労働雨力不足がいよいよ深刻な問題になるからです。最近の調査によると、オフィスで働くほとんどの女性は、職場や環境や制度について何らかの不満を持っています。女性は、特に出産後、より快適に働ける場所を必要としています。

     With an aging population, more and more workforces will fade away in this nation. In such a situation, a lack of female leaders can be a serious problem in the future in the most aging nation, Japan.

　人口の高齢化に伴い、この国ではますます多くの労働力が失われます。このような状況の中で、女性リーダーの不足は、将来、最高齢化国家である日本において深刻な問題になる可能性があります。
